Although we are a wholesaler, GWS is proud to maintain our tradition of offering service to ‘walk in’ customers (who have not placed an order in advance). Subject to operational requirements on the day, we will do our best to fulfil simple orders within 1 hour of your arrival.

From 1 Sep 2021: 

• our shop opening hours will be Monday – Friday: 9 – 11am & 2 – 3.30pm; and
• the minimum order value will be $50

If you have an urgent need outside these times, we may be able to stop other work and allocate staff to open the shop for you. Please note, in this circumstance, a $75 ‘out of shop hours’ fee will be incurred.

Of course, and as advised above, ordering in advance will give you the most efficient experience; as we will have your order prepared and ready at the designated despatch/ collect time.
